Most small businesses in DC, Maryland, and Virginia do not have IT staff. They still need fast, reliable help when something breaks, and they should not have to sign an expensive managed services contract to get it.
Quick Tech Support is on-demand help for restaurants, venues, coffee shops, retail stores, and small offices. We get you running again first, then explain what caused the problem so it is less likely to happen again.
If it keeps your doors from opening or your register from working, email us.

New computers configured, printers installed, and basic hardware connected for a growing team or a new location that needs to open on time.
Microsoft Teams or Google Meet set up with cameras, microphones, and screen sharing that work the first time.
For venues and coffee shops
We start with a quick diagnosis to find the real cause. If the problem is coverage or capacity, we recommend and install business-grade access points so the signal holds up across the whole space, from the counter to the back patio.

Book a free consultation once things are running again. We will look at what keeps breaking and what is likely to fail next, so the next outage does not catch you during a rush.
