This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, eventsavtech.com, and when you contact us about our services, how we use and share that information, and the choices you have.
This policy does not cover information we handle on behalf of our clients while we deliver services to them. Section 6 explains how we treat that information.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on our website, email us, or book a consultation, you may give us:
- Contact details, such as your name, email address, and phone number

- Details about your request, such as the service you need, how urgent it is, event dates, preferred call times, and any message you write
- How you prefer to be contacted, and your consent to be contacted
Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or patient health information through our website forms or by email.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, the website that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We use this information to deliver the website, keep it secure, and fix problems.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your questions and requests
- Schedule and hold consultations, site visits, and service calls
- Prepare quotes and proposals, and provide the services you request
- Send you the guides or documents you request
- Follow up about your request or download, if you agreed to hear from us
- Keep our website and systems secure and prevent spam and misuse
- Keep business records and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
3. Emails and text messages
If you contact us or download one of our guides, we may email you about your request. Any marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to stop at any time by emailing info@eventsavtech.com.
We send text messages only if you ask us to contact you by text. Message and data rates may apply, and you can ask us to stop texting you at any time.
4. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, email and office software providers, scheduling tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) system. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- Professional advisors, such as accountants, insurers, and attorneys, when needed.
- Legal requirements, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of AV Tech Solutions, our clients, or others.

5. Cookies and third-party content
Our website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. It may use cookies that are needed for the site to work and stay secure, such as cookies for signed-in site administrators. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features may not work properly.
When you book a consultation, our “Book a Free Consultation” buttons open Microsoft Bookings, which runs on Microsoft’s website. The details you enter there (your name, email, optional phone number, and your answers) go to our Microsoft 365 account so we can hold the call and send reminders. Microsoft may set its own cookies on its site, and Microsoft’s privacy statement applies there.
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google’s privacy policy applies to that information.
If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy before we do. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Information we handle for clients
When we provide services to a client, such as setting up a CRM, a booking or reminder system, an AI assistant, a network, or computers, we may have access to information that belongs to the client, its employees, or its customers. We use that information only to provide the services the client asked for, under our agreement with the client and following the client’s instructions. We set up AI tools to use only the information they need for their task.
If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your information, please contact that business directly. When a project for a medical or wellness practice involves patient information, we handle it only under a written agreement with the practice that covers how that information is protected.
7. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our website. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
8. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to respond to you, provide services, keep required business and tax records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your personal information
- Stop sending you marketing emails
Residents of some states, including Virginia and Maryland, have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain types of profiling. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
To make a request, email info@eventsavtech.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request. We will respond within 45 days, and if we need more time, we will tell you why. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to your appeal within 60 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
