Cookie Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026. Last updated: October 6, 2026.
This Cookie Policy explains how eventsavtech.com, the website of AV Tech Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
The short version: our website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics. Visitors who browse our pages and fill out our forms receive no cookies from us.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. They can keep you signed in, remember your settings, or, on many websites, track your activity across pages and sites. Similar technologies, such as browser storage, work in much the same way.
2. Cookies we use
We use only cookies that are needed for the website to work:
- Site administrator cookies. When our team signs in to manage the website, WordPress sets cookies that keep them signed in. Visitors do not receive these.
- Browser session storage. Our website saves a small setting in your browser’s session storage to check how your device displays emoji. It does not identify you and is cleared when you close the tab.
Because these are strictly necessary, we do not ask for consent before using them.
3. Cookies we do not use
We do not use:
- Advertising or retargeting cookies
- Social media tracking pixels
- Third-party analytics, such as Google Analytics
- Cookies that track you across other websites
If we decide to add analytics or any other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
4. Third-party content
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. This does not place cookies in your browser, but your browser does connect to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google’s privacy policy applies to that information.
Our “Book a Free Consultation” buttons open Microsoft Bookings, which runs on Microsoft’s website, not ours. Microsoft may set cookies there to hold a booking in progress and remember your time zone. Microsoft’s privacy statement and cookie notice apply on its site.
5. Managing cookies
You can see, block, or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers also let you block cookies from specific websites. If you block cookies, our website and forms will still work normally.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our website changes. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date above.
